The whole class screamed as the power went out. Everyone was worried that what happened 20 years ago at one of these school sleepovers would happen again.
"Alright class, there is no reason to scream it's just the lights."
Our teacher, Ms. Webster, was one of the few kids who out smarter the murderer. "Now everyone just stay calm."
After about half an hour the lights came back on and everyone gave a sigh of relief.
"Look at Danny," she said worried. I looked at him to see he was sound asleep.
"Okay Seiko, he is just sleeping. Why are you worried?"
"He doesn't seem like he's breathing," she said.
I sighed, walked over to to Danny and poked him. He didn't wake up so I started to shake him.
"Danny wake up. Why are you sleeping so early?" I pulled the blanket off of him thinking it would wake him. But then I saw he had. . . .a knife in his chest. Then I screamed in fear at the top of my lungs.
